  Absolutely appalling. Ring at 8am and it's engaged. Ring back 91 times before finally being put through to a human to be told that all appointments for that day are booked (this by 815am)
  Told if I want to see a doctor to physically attend the surgery and queue outside the following day to book an appointment.
  When you challenge the staff that this is not right, they hang up on you.
  Appalling state of affairs.
